4:00 pm – 5:00 pm:
Student arrival and check-in at the Student Registration booth

4:00 pm – 5:30 pm:
Project set-up and safety check

5:00 pm – 5:45 pm:
Pizza will be sold in the hallway leading to cafeteria (or bring your own food)
Please do not eat in the gymnasium.
REMEMBER you must be at your project by 6:00 pm!

5:00 – 5:30 pm:
Judge check-in at the library, coffee and light snacks

5:30 – 6:00 pm:
Judge Briefing in the library

6:00 pm – 9:00 pm:
Category and Special Awards Judging
All students must be at their project display
Only judges are permitted in the project areas during this time

7:00 pm – 7:15 pm:
Student rest break

9:00 pm:
Student pickup

Friday, March 27, 2026: Day 2 of the Fair

Public viewing of projects

11:30 pm - 12:15 pm:
Lunch break - the cafeteria offers a full selection of à la carte menu items or bring your own

12:15 – 12:30:
Students takedown projects and store under table.

12:30 pm - 12:45 pm
Students enter auditorium
